About The Job
- Managing and supervising a team of digital marketing professionals, including digital
marketing, influencer marketing and creative team. - Set the direction and vision for projects in alignment with the Client’s objectives, brand identity, and target audience.
- Develop and implement design strategies to achieve client’s business goals, enhance brand presence, and drive innovation.
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from concept idealization to final execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Allocate resources effectively, including budget, manpower, and tools, to support the creative design process and meet project objectives.
- Maintain quality control processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines across all design deliverables.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to inform design decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Need to understand client/ project requirements and be able to address feedback.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for skills development and career growth within the team.
- Overseeing the creation of creative design ideas into visual representations as to present to clients.
- Find out and research for the latest software to develop innovative graphic designs that meet the requirements of clients.
- Able to solve problems and troubleshoot technical issues that arise.

- Qualifications: Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
- Required language (s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities
- Overseeing marketing department including digital marketing, influencer marketing and creative team.
- Creating a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them
- Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.
- Developing advertising strategies & opportunities.
- Monitoring the work performance of colleagues and setting sales targets
- Recruiting and training new account executives
What Your Day Looks Like
- You’ll brainstorm marketing plans and ideas with the team and work towards achieving them with an end objective in mind.
